Why am I not able to start ordering due to "No Associated Clinic?"
You’ve taken the first step toward simplifying your wellness journey by setting up your patient portal account. Even if your provider hasn’t added you to Handcraft Health yet, you’re still in the right place—and it’s easy to get connected.
What You’ll See When You Log In
When you log in to your portal, you’ll see a welcome message at the top. Underneath, you may notice a note that says there’s no associated clinic yet. That just means your provider hasn’t linked you to their practice on Handcraft Health.
You’ll also see this message:
Your portal is ready… now see what’s next.
It looks like your provider hasn’t added you to Handcraft Health yet at nicole@handcraft.health. In the meantime, you can still access any linked family accounts. Connect with your provider and ask them to create a Handcraft Health account today!

Invite Your Provider
To get started with placing orders and requesting refills, you’ll need to connect your provider to Handcraft Health. It’s quick and easy:
- Click the “Invite My Provider” button.
- Enter your provider’s full name and email address.
- Click “Send Email.”

That’s it! We’ll send your provider an invitation to join Handcraft Health. Once they set up their account and add you as a patient, your portal will be fully connected to their clinic.

What Happens Next?
Once your provider adds you to their Handcraft Health account, you’ll unlock full access to:
- Order and refill your personalized wellness products
- View recommendations from your provider
- Support your ongoing health with convenient tools and resources
Until then, you can still log in to your portal and view any linked family accounts if applicable.
