How To Use (Family) Account Linking

Linking family, friends, and partners to your Handcraft Health account is a great way to share health information with those you trust and give them access to the products you love. They will be able to view, but not edit, your personal information, keep in mind they can edit shipping details for the products they are paying for on your behalf. Learn below how to invite and/or remove them from your account.

Sending an Invite

Send an invites to family members, friends, or partners that you wish to share your Handcraft Health account with. They will be able to see your personal and contact info, order history, delivery and order statuses. They can also reorder products using their personal card (not yours),

  1. Go to your "Account Hub" in your navigation
  2. Click "Invites"
  3. Select the tab "Invite People"
  4. Enter their email address
  5. Review and agree to notifications
  6. Confirm or Cancel your invite

How To Unlink An Account

You can unlink family members, friends, or partners whom you've shared your Handcraft Health account with. Once you unlink them, they will no longer be able to access your account.

  1. Go to your "Account Hub"
  2. Click "Invites"
  3. Select the tab "Manage Accounts" if not already selected by default
  4. Review their email address
  5. Click "Unlink"
