Once you’ve had a chance to review please email us at support@handcraft.health to start your return.
Our customer support team will get back to you with next steps and timelines for your return.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following criteria:
- The product was purchased directly from us.
- The product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in a resalable condition.
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
Reasons for Returns:
You can request a return for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was sent.
- You have changed your mind or no longer want the product (subject to restocking fees of 15%)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom formulation items
- Products designated as non-returnable
- Products that have been opened or with their safety seals broken
- FINAL SALE items
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1) For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
So sorry to hear that your product was damaged in transit. We’re happy to send you a replacement just follow the steps below.
- Contact our customer support team at support@handcraft.health within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- We may request photographic evidence to assess the problem.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.
2) For Change of Mind Returns:
- Contact our customer support team at support@handcraft.health within 14 days of receiving the product.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it is in unused and resalable condition. If it is, we will process your refund or exchange, minus a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price.
- Credit will be applied upon receipt of merchandise.
3) Incorrect Address Information:
We strive to ship your products as quickly and efficiently as possible, please double-check all order details, including shipping information to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we are unable to change or reroute the final destination.
No Refund for Customer Input Errors: In cases where an order is shipped to an incorrect address solely due to customer input errors (e.g., typographical errors, incorrect address details), we will not provide a refund or replacement for the order.
Address Corrections:
- If you realize that incorrect shipping information has been entered before the order has been shipped, you should contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address information if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Additional postage charges may apply for address changes.
